TotalEnergies Marketing UK laces up running shoes to support childrens' literacy
Teams from TotalEnergies have come together to raise awareness of and much-needed funds for The Children’s Literacy Charity with a series of runs in London.
Having completed their first event across London’s Hyde Park on Saturday 15 October, the team will complete their second run to be held on Sunday 13 November at Greenwich Park.

The runs, organised by RunThrough are in support of the Children’s Literacy Charity, an organisation which works with disadvantaged children to help those struggling the most with their literacy skills in order to close the literacy gap and ensure that no child is left behind.
The charity’s work includes helping unlock the potential of primary school children from deprived areas who struggle with their literacy by hiring expert tutors to support reading, writing, comprehension, listening and speaking skills. 96% of pupils who graduated narrowed their literacy gap in reading and comprehension.
TotalEnergies understands and appreciates how a good education can bring self-esteem, improved health, as well as better career prospects.
The work of the Children’s Literacy Charity reflects our passion for the youth of society, providing young people who have been left behind by the system with opportunities to reach their full potential by helping develop their skills.
